Terms and Conditions

Quotation

Your quotation is valid for 4 weeks from the date stated on your quote. A 50% deposit is required upon ordering. This deposit is non-refundable on cancellation of order. Project will not commence until full deposit is paid. By paying a deposit, it means that you agree to what is on the quotation, including all details, pricing and payment terms.

Payment

A 50% deposit of the full amount is required on ordering. This is non-refundable on cancellation of order. The balance (50%) is due when the proof is approved and before printing commences. Cash, Paypal or Direct Deposit is available. Work will not progress at any stage until required payment has been made and remittance advice received via email.
If, in the event that goods are supplied to the client without payment and the client fails to make payment within 5 business days of receiving the goods, further action will be taken and will incur an additional debt collection fee (approx 30%) of the total amount owed. Debt collection will be forwarded on to a third party company for action.

Timeframe (Lead time)

Most orders take between 2 to 4 weeks from approval of the final proof and payment of the last installment (50%) depending on the complexity of your order and materials required. The timeframe is approximate only and does not account for any unforeseen delays including public holidays and stock availability. The project timeframe is estimated assuming that all documentation and information required by the client is supplied on time in a satisfactory way, artwork proofs are signed off within 24-48 hours and all information provided is correct.

Proof/Revisions

Once your order has been confirmed and deposit paid, you will be sent a digital proof for you to see the design before it is printed. At this stage, you are able to make two free minor** changes to the design. Additional changes made after the 2nd proof or if a new concept/design is requested an additional fee will be applied to your invoice. Please check the proof, design and all details carefully, as no responsibility will be taken for errors (including spelling and grammar) after the proof has been approved. Any errors discovered after printing will be re-printed at the client’s expense.

*1 round of revision – Changes made to design for a new version to be provided. Each version of design is considered as one round of revision. Two minor** rounds of revision are free of charge. Changes made after the 3rd Proof or Major*** changes may be charged at an additional fee.

**Minor change – Changing of colours or text phrases. After the 2nd Proof, a fee of $15 per proof applies.

***Major change – New concept or layout required. Changing positioning of text and/or graphics. If a new concept/design/layout is required, $30 per proof applies.

Please be aware that colours will appear differently on screen, especially on mobile and tablet devices. Each computer/mobile/tablet screen displays colours differently. If you are concerned about colours, it is recommended that you request a printed sample to ensure that the colours are as you expect. (Samples are an additional fee – some printing styles and envelopes are not available for sample prints such as letterpress and foiling)
Colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed, as different printers have some variations of colours.

Shipping

All orders are shipped with Sendle or Australia Post (unless picked up from Newcastle NSW) and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Wish cannot guarantee goods will be delivered on time. Please take shipping time into account when ordering. Express post is available at an additional cost for urgent orders however delivery is not guaranteed in time.

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

No refunds/returns are available once the proof has been approved. If the order is cancelled at the proofing stage the 50% deposit will not be refunded. If the order is cancelled after printing is completed there will be no refund.
If the client has received the goods and is feel like the quality is not up to standard - complaints must be made by email to hello@wishboutique.com.au within 5 business days of receiving the goods in order for action to be taken.

Reduction of Order

No refunds/returns are available once the the order has been paid in full. If the client wishes to reduce the order after full payment has been paid there will be no refund for the difference in cost. If the order is reduced after proofing or printing there will be no refund of any payments. If the client wishes to reduce the order before full payment is made, they can do so only if the order has not been proofed yet and it has been advised in email, acknowledged and actioned upon by Wish Boutique Stationery.

Each design on this website is the property of Wish Boutique Stationery and is covered by copyright. Any content on this website (written or image) cannot be reproduced in any way without written permission from Ashleigh Power (Founder of Wish Boutique Stationery). Wish reserves the right to use any design created for a client as samples or photographs for advertising, online, social media and the Wish Boutique website. Wish reserves the right to re-sell a custom design as part of the semi-custom range after the client has received their stationery order.

Personal Information

Wish Boutique Stationery takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, interference or other misuse. These steps include electronic access restrictions for electronic files that contain personal information and physical access restrictions. Once collected, Wish Boutique Stationery holds personal information in a number of different formats, including on servers. Wish Boutique Stationery only retains personal information for as long as it is required for its business purposes or for as long as required by law. Any information that we no longer require is destroyed securely.  

Special Offers (as occasionally advertised on social media)

Sometimes Wish offer the opportunity to participate in a competition. Below are the terms and conditions for any competition or give aways.

PARTICIPATION: This competition is conducted by Wish Boutique Stationery, ABN 38 814 613 993. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. Only open to Eligible Entrants. An “Eligible Entrant” is an individual who, at the time of entry: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 18 years or older
(ii) is not an employee of the promoter or any of its related corporations. All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney, Australia

ENTRY:To enter, an Eligible Entrant must have a current Instagram and/or Facebook Account and follow the entry instructions in these conditions. Entrants must have placed a wedding invitation and stationery order with Wish Boutique within the month of March 2019 and paid a 50% deposit before 31st March 2019 at 12am and advised of this payment in writing via email to Wish Boutique. For extra entries, entrants may tag fellow brides getting married in 2019 on the Facebook and/or Instagram posts advising of the competition. Each friend tagged is one extra entry. All entrants must follow @wishboutiquestationery on Facebook and/or Instagram and, for extra entries tag a friend in the comments section below each post. The friend must also follow @wishboutiquestationery. The promoter takes no responsibility for any late entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.This is a game of chance skill plays no part in determining the winners. The winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be announced on April 1st 2019 via Instagram and Facebook post.All entrants must ensure that their entry is received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any late or misdirected entry or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment. The promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Competition to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction; or (iii) in the promoter’s reasonable opinion, tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering; or (iv) in the promoter’s reasonable opinion, submits an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions.

WINNER AND PRIZE: Winner will be drawn on the the date specified on social media (Facebook and Instagram) and announced on Facebook and Instagram. Winner must contact Wish via email to claim prize. One winner only. Prize is up to the value of $150 and includes printed invitations matching the invitation design ordered. Specialty printing such as foiling is not included.Specifications: Full colour printing one or two sides on Ecostar 100% recycled 350GSM card. Design matching invitations ordered by client. Two free PDF proofs with minor revisions* to design (see terms and conditions). Size: A6 105 x 148 mm. Materials supplied for client to assemble. Envelopes in White Marshmallow. Addresses printed on envelopes in full colour. Ready within 3-4 weeks of proof approval with receipt of complete guest details. Shipping not included. If the winner wishes to upgrade any of these specifications, the difference in cost will be charged to the client/winner and $150 will be used as a credit note for Thank You cards only. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If for any reason a winner does not claim the prize (or an element of the prize) by the 31st April 2019, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner. If any part of any prize is unavailable, the promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. These steps include electronic access restrictions for electronic files that contain personal information, securing paper files containing personal information in locked cabinets and physical access restrictions. Once collected, Wish Boutique Stationery holds personal information in a number of different formats, including on servers (located both onsite and offsite, including in the cloud), databases, filing systems and in offsite backup storage. Wish Boutique Stationery only retains personal information for as long as it is required for its business purposes or for as long as required by law. Any information that we no longer require is destroyed securely.  An exception to this may be retention of the information for data analysis. However, if this occurs, the information will be retained in a form that does not allow you to be identified from that information.

Wish Boutique Stationery will investigate your complaint and respond to you within a reasonable time and in accordance with its legal obligations.
