WEDDING WELCOME SIGN, SEATING PLAN, UNPLUGGED CEREMONY SIGN, BAR SIGN, MENUS, PLACE CARDS AND MORE. it is also a good time to order thank you cards!

These items should be organised 2 months out from your wedding day, even though you may not have your rsvp’s in yet or menu items finalised. I will design, and perfect your on the day wedding signage and stationery so we can add in your final guest list and menu items when they are confirmed - closer to your wedding date.

For thank you cards, the same applies - let’s perfect the design and print when you are ready - I know you will be waiting on those gorgeous photos from your photographer!

3-4 weeks out | Printing

Three weeks out from your wedding I will ask for the final seating plan, guest list, drinks menu and menu selections.

Since we already have the design perfected a few weeks ago, I will pop in the final details and proof to you one final time to check. On your approval and final payment, your wedding signage, menus, place cards and other items will be printed 2-3 weeks out from your wedding day. You can collect them from me in Newcastle, or have them posted to you (additional time needed for postage).
